1998 MIAB was certified according to the quality management system ISO 9001:2008.

2002 MIAB was certified according to the environmental management system ISO 14001:2004.

2007 MIAB was certified according to TransQ, which transport organizations such as the Swedish Rail Administration and the Swedish Aviation Administration require in certain procurements.

2008 expanded MIAB further through the acquisition of Telge Rent AB.

2013 NCA Facility Services AB is acquired.

2014 MIAB AB changes name to MIAB/NCA Facility Services AB.

2015 acquired Upplands Städ & Styling in Uppsala and V-Städ in the Västra Götaland region.

2016 Comparative AB in Södra Sweden is acquired.

2018 MIAB/NCA takes back the company name MIAB.

2019 MIAB becomes the majority shareholder in N-Clean Oy with the subsidiary N-Clean AB.
