Since 2010, we have delivered our cleaning services to Jernhusen and managed the premises in the City Terminal in Stockholm as well as in the historic building from 1871, Stockholm Central Station. This landmark and important hub is Sweden's most visited place and has an average of 230 travelers and visitors per day.

The new contract period begins in April 2023, with an initial contract period of three years with the possibility of extension by a maximum of two years (1+1).

We are very proud and happy that Jernhusen continues to trust us to deliver cleanliness, says MIAB's CEO Richard Toppar. Being able to represent a company like Jernhusen that, like us, values sustainability is very important to us. MIAB and I look forward to the coming years together.

-Clean and fresh premises are an important framework for building basic safety, says Åsa Dahl, manager Business Area Stations, Jernhusen. We also need to be able to trust that those we collaborate with have the same view as us on everything from environmental thinking to human values and quality of service provided. The suppliers become our extended arm and it is extremely important that they live up to our code of conduct, have fair conditions and a sustainable offer, both ecologically and financially.
